Applied Digital, CoreWeave surge on data center deal
Applied Digital and CoreWeave are surging after the former announced a pair of 15-year deals between the two tech companies to support the latter’s AI capabilities.
The company expects to generate approximately $7 billion from powering CoreWeave’s IT load at Applied Digital’s data center campus in North Dakota over the life of these lease agreements.
“We believe these leases solidify Applied Digital’s position as an emerging provider of infrastructure critical to the next generation of artificial intelligence and high-performance computing,” Applied Digital CEO and Chairman Wes Cummins said.
