Google has spent the past 15 years trying to avoid antitrust suits by instructing employees to always cc lawyers, delete messages, and avoid words that could make them seem guilty of hampering competition, The New York Times reports. Some of the words Google employees were instructed to steer clear of? “Dominance,” “market share,” and any “metaphors involving wars or sports, winning or losing.”
