According to a report in The Wall Street Journal, Anthropic is seeking to raise $2 billion, valuing the company at $60 billion. To date, the AI startup has received over $8 billion in investments from Amazon alone and has also received investments from Alphabet and Qualcomm. This follows a busy year of eye-popping fundraising for AI companies as they seek capital to fund expensive new models. This valuation would put it in the top five valuations for AI companies.
