Alphabet’s $30 billion deal talks for Wiz are back from the dead: WSJ
After previous deal talks over the summer fell apart over concerns about regulatory approval, it looks like Alphabet’s interest in buying cybersecurity startup Wiz has come back from the dead.
The Wall Street Journal is reporting that the companies are in “advanced” deal talks and that a deal could come together soon. The new deal would be worth $30 billion, a significant premium to the $23 billion price tag from previous deal talks.
